Hey! I’m Katie, your empowerment specialist.
For years, I’ve watched hundreds of women step in front of my camera thinking they need to change something about themselves to be worthy of feeling beautiful. And every time, without fail, I see the moment they realize.. they already are.
I’ve been a professional photographer for over 10 years, and I’ve had the honour of being named Best Photographer in Hamilton AND Best Photography Studio/Services in Hamilton five years in a row, but the real win? Getting to do what I love every single day. Capturing women in their raw, unfiltered power. Watching them step into themselves, maybe for the first time.
I’m not here to show you HOW to be confident, I’m here to show you what’s been in there all along.

“I have my confidence back, I feel beautiful and sexy in my own skin again. I can see my imperfections and see the beauty in them. Before my session, I was lacking the confidence I used to have prior to the birth of my daughter. I didn’t feel like myself. I didn’t see the beauty in myself I know is there. “Words cannot describe what this shoot did for my confidence, and for my identity. I have a newfound love and appreciation for my body - celebrating not only my best features but accepting my imperfections as well. As a woman who works in a male-dominated field, I have always been forced to suppress my feminine side. This has created a challenging dynamic where I want to be a role model for young women in sports, showing them the power of being a strong female, but also struggle to fit in with male counterparts. I've also struggled with appearing young (shoutout to my fellow baby-faced ladies), but wanting to feel sexy and beautiful. “I spent years hating my body. I would pick it apart, never liked being in photos, and really couldn't see any beauty I had. After my first pregnancy and gaining +60lbs, this got worse. And then, I met Katie. Over the years she has helped me so much to look at my body in a completely different way. After my first boudoir shoot I felt completely different. "Definitely one of the most incredible experiences I’ve ever had in my life. Katie is beeeeyond talented and KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT SHE’S DOING!! You don’t have to know a thing about posing, she shows you everything step by step. My makeup application was gooorgeous! 😍 klaudia was so sweet and I didn’t feel nervous at all once I sat down in the glam chair. My hair also looked exactly how I wanted it. As a girly with a short neck, round head and curves, Katie didn't capture any double chin action nor any unflattering poses. It was SO hard narrowing down to just 50 pics when the whole gallery was stunning. Lastly, I went with a digital collection of 50 images plus 50 black & white copies and a brag book. The magic doesn’t stop when the shoot is over. After a short lunch/dinner break, we’ll sit down together for your same-day image reveal. You’ll see your photos right away, edited. It’s one of the most emotional and powerful moments of the day.
